What is your return policy?
If you do not find the product satisfying, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met:
– It should be unsealed and unused.
– Original packaging must be present
– It should be reported within 2-3 business days
– The product will be picked up within 5-7 business days from the date it is reported
Why if my order is delayed?
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. If your order Status indicates that your order has not yet been shipped but the merchandise is in the stock, this could be the result of one of the following:
– We were unable to obtain a proper credit approval for your reference
– We were provided a credit card billing address that could not be verified with your credit card issuer.
Please note that it’s important to provide the phone number registered with your credit card issuer when you placed an order so that we reach you to discuss any problems with your order. We use only verified phone numbers in an effort to further ensure your order’s security
What payment methods do you accept?
CosmoTrend Inc. accepts the enlisted modes of payment:
– Net Banking
– UPI, GooglePay, BHIM, PhonePe & more
– Master/ Rupay/ Visa/ Debit/ Credit card
– Cash On delivery
How do I apply for offer/discount code?
To redeem offer or discount, simply enter the code you received in the box entitled “Have a coupon?” in “Proceed to Checkout”. Please note only one offer code can be applied per order.
Are order confirmation emails or messages sent by you?
Confirmation emails and messages are sent automatically once the order has been confirmed. Further, we also send you another email once the order has been shipped. If the emails and messages are not received by you, please verify the phone number and email address that you have provided at the website.
What if the product I ordered on the site looks different than the product I received?
We update the packaging of our products, so it’s possible that you may receive a product that looks slightly different from what is depicted on the site. If you are not sure that the product you received is wrong, please contact CosmoTrend Inc. service at +91-9876796699, or you can mail us at cosmotrendinc@gmail.com.

Is there a chat support?
CosmoTrend Inc. has its own chat support available at android and iOS apps. Go to Home Page and click on the chat symbol at the right bottom of the screen.
Can I leave items in the shopping cart for future purchase?
Yes, you may keep items in your shopping cart, however the price and availability of these products will be reflected on a real time basis. Hence, there is a possibility that the product may get sold out or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag.
Can I order a product that is Out of Stock?
Unfortunately, products listed as Out of Stock are not available for sale. However, as soon as the stock is available the same shall be updated along with the product.
Can I edit my order after confirmation?
Unfortunately, we cannot add any product to the order. However, you can remove the product before the order has been packed & shipped. Go to ‘Shopping cart’ to cancel the item.
How can I get offer on bulk order?
If you order any specific product in bulk i.e. more than 10 units/product then we may negotiate the deal, for which you’ll have to email us at cosmotrendinc@gmail.com. Please note that this feature should only be used for bulk quantity price requests.
